Julia Ditchfield

My first day working with PRS was at unbound and it was my 30th birthday!



I have stayed for 8 years because I work for a company that is partnered with a huge global brand and yet I am heard as a colleague. I have worked for some huge retailers and have never had the opportunity to really be a part of how we shape and build the business. Whereas PRS not only allows that, it encourages it.



I started as an SM in Market street then quicky progressed to take on the flagship store in TC. In 2019 I was promoted to a GM and had both Manchester stores. During Covid I supported our business team and have also managed our contact centre for a short time. My most recent role Is Regional Manager for the London stores.



I think our commitment to deliver great service through our great people has been the message since the beginning.

✨ Today, we spotlight our Regional Management Team – Douglas Munro & Julia Ditchfield ✨

Both have had different journeys since the very beginning of PRS, but their dedication and impact have helped shape who we are today. 🙌

Doug Munro

I still vividly recall walking toward the newly refurbished store, feeling a mix of excitement and curiosity about what lay ahead. I was paired up with Colin Burns again, which brought a sense of familiarity to the fresh start.

I joined PRS because it felt like a rare chance to be part of a start-up with real potential. The leadership stood out, people I genuinely wanted to work for, and I was drawn to the idea of contributing to a product focused business. What’s kept me here for eight years is that same uniqueness, the inspiring people driving the company, and the rewarding nature of being part of something so dynamic.

My journey at PRS has been anything but static. I started by opening the Edinburgh store, then took on a cluster role supporting Milton Keynes, Newcastle, and Leeds. Over time, I found myself guiding incoming managers, working in Oxford St support, and stepping into a Regional Manager role. Later, I covered all stores before returning to RM for Region 1 with a different store split. It’s been a whirlwind of growth and adaptation.
The most striking change has been the growth in our teams and the incredible level of internal progression. It’s inspiring to see how much we’ve expanded and how many opportunities have opened up for people within the company
It`s not so much innovation, but our adaptive process responding to shifting customer behaviours, the economy, and the willingness to experiment and learn from setbacks. Our ability to progress!

Jade San - SES Oxford Street

My name is Jade, I`m a part time CEE, been with PRS since the beginning
Outside of PRS I also work as a freelance designer specialising in graphics and typography. I like to eat, travel and read market and trend reports.
A working day at PRS goes very quick, I mostly manage and audit stock counts at SES Oxford St.
There`s a demand for women in tech, we are at the forefront of technology, working here will no doubt help build the background and foundation of knowledge for any future careers - you will definitely learn something new everyday.

Marwa Sheikhuna - SES Stratford

Hi I`m Marwa. Outside of work I like to go on walks, go to the gym, eat with my friends and travel. I have also recently joined a women`s swimming club which I am enjoying. PRS is like a family, I love how culturally diverse it is and how everyone gets along with each other. It`s the perfect place to get into tech as a woman and there are always so many amazing opportunities to grow and develop. Having female managers at PRS is also very empowering and inspiring

Afruza Nazmin - SES Stratford

My name is Afruza and I am a CEE. I like to do henna, bake and be creative as it’s one of my hobbies. I also like exploring new things with my friends. What I like about PRS is the success of culture and the diversity. You have a team that’s like a family and make work a very enjoyable environment.

To any females wanting to join, don’t be nervous! We have a big support system here!

Ameena Uddin - SES Stratford

My name is Ameena and I am a CEE. I like to spend time with my family and friends, I enjoy travelling to new places and reading. What I like about PRS is how the company celebrates different cultures and religions. Stratford store is that it feels like a family. To any girls who would like to join PRS You’ll be joining a team full of support from female colleagues.

Shae Smith - SES Trafford

My name is Shae and I have worked at PRS since January 2023. I am a CSA with a Level One certificate. I also recently did a Recruitment Executive Secondment with the People Team. I have a degree in Fashion Marketing and Management.

I am a vibrant, and charismatic individual with a flair for expressing myself creatively. Outside of work, I have a bold sense of style, wearing colourful fashion and leopard print. I enjoy a brunch date and singing randomly, bringing a lighthearted energy to those around me. Travel is also a big part of my life, as I love exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. I share my home with two adorable cats and my partner.

During my day you`ll often see me helping customers with sales or repair appointments. I am also always on hand to assist any colleagues with issues or questions they may have.

There are women throughout all different levels of business and continual encouragement to learn and grow. There`s a real family feel within my store, providing a very safe and inclusive environment

Emma Stewart - SES Trafford

I am a CSA at PRS

I like to think I`m hardworking and always busy, I like to have fun!

Outside of work I am a student journalist and spend my time writing blogs, making podcasts and interviewing people from different walks of life.

I spend my day at PRS helping customers and newer members of staff, I enjoy doing tasks in L1 too

-There are females in every aspect of the business, from CSA to management

Shanandha Srinivasan - SES Westfield London

I mostly spend my time outside of work exploring London and watching movies and series

I have been in the company for one good year and through all ups and downs it was a fun ride working with PRS and always found support either from management or colleagues to grow
