PRS was all about the festive season yesterday, celebrating Christmas Jumper Day across the business and it was a massive success – we even beat last year’s target donations raised for Save the Children Charity by a mile!

Matty`s journey with SES began in 2015 when he joined our team as a consultant.
His natural ability, combined with his unwavering commitment to excellence, quickly led to his promotion to Team Leader. Over the next few years, Matty continued to impress his colleagues and management with his skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Matty was promoted to Assistant Manager. In this role, he consistently demonstrated his ability to motivate and inspire his team while driving exceptional results.
Today, we are thrilled to announce that Matty has reached another significant milestone in his career with us.

We are delighted to announce Josh Ditchefield has been successfully appointed to the role of General Manager - SES Trafford, which means a new exciting chapter for an already successful store.
Josh is a true testament to when it comes to PRS investment in nurturing and promoting talent. His first role with us incredibly was as a part time customer service advisor within Trafford in October 2015.
By showing true skill and determination from the beginning, he was able to quickly advance into Assistant Manager Role, overseeing many areas of the business, which then allowed him to progress once again into the Deputy Manager Role. This was all carried out within just three years alongside valuable guidance from his line manager at the time, Julia.
Fast forward to November 2018, he joined Liverpool as their Store Manager and managed to lead the team into becoming Store of the Year within two years, which has now been won multiple times by the store alongside other awards along with being a great support regionally to other managers within the business as well as his own team, some of who have also grown within the business with his guidance.
This promotion is a shining of example of how a colleague can enter PRS starting as a part time role and really make such an impact within a relatively short space of time!
We are sure you will join us in congratulating Josh as we are know that he will lead Trafford to even more of a success with its fantastic team and foundations already in place!

In recognition of Mental Health Day 2024 and this year’s theme, `Prioritising Mental Health in the Workplace,` we are excited to announce the launch of Mental Health First Aid Training at PRS, to acknowledge that prioritising mental health is not solely based on one day in the calendar but focusing on it every single day
This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to building a supportive and inclusive environment for all of our colleagues
The training will be rolled out in phases, ensuring that those who meet the criteria of becoming a Mental Health First Aider have the opportunity to participate (details to follow).
The main objective is to equip colleagues, regardless of their role at PRS, with the skills to recognise mental health challenges, and guide their peers by signposting toward professional help.
We believe this will be such a valuable resource and an opportunity to strengthen our workplace culture together and are so excited to empower our colleagues even further
