Vicky Buggy
I am Vicky I am the Contact Centre Manager and have been with PRS for 3 years now.
I like to think I am funny, I know I am far too chatty and generally a glass half full mentality, out side of work I am a big fan of musicals and theatre and get involved in local productions when I am not taxiing my kids from A-B!
When I am not coaching my team, training out new product or recording audio for the phone lines, my role involves taking on customer feedback and feeding it back to our store estate always trying to improve the customer experience within our stores.
PRS is a welcoming and open environment that puts your ability and skill before anything else! Everyone is given the opportunity to learn and grow and broaden their knowledge.
My name is Karolina and I am Contact Centre Agent.
I`m a creative and curious person who enjoys both exploring new ideas through books and experiencing the thrill of adventures. I do love painting as well when I have the time and baking.
My day at the contact centre is a mix of sales, customer support and problem solving. Throughout the day I handle calls and emails from customers, some looking to buy new devices, others needing help with technical issues, and some with problems that need solutions. I spend time guiding the customers to the best product based on their needs, balancing sales targets with excellent customer service.
I think PRS SES is great for women because of the equal opportunities and career growth. The company provides opportunities based on performance and skills, not gender.

`Hi there, I’m Nicole, a Marketing Manager at PRS, and I joined in 2021. I’m an open-minded, energetic, and creative person who thrives on collaboration and new challenges while valuing understanding and uplifting those around me.
Constantly seeking growth, inspiration, and meaningful connections, I work closely with the Samsung marketing team from planning to execution on retail marketing activities related to SES, while also maintaining daily communication with store colleagues and various stakeholders across the business.
I believe equality is key to an ideal workplace, and PRS truly embodies this by ensuring everyone has the same opportunities to succeed, regardless of gender. It fosters an environment where girls feel respected, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.`

What a match! This first charity match showdown between Westfield London SES and Oxford Street SES was nothing short of epic—thrills, spills, and plenty of goals!
From the first whistle, it was a fierce battle, with both teams leaving their all on the pitch.
There were goals galore, intense challenges, and even a dramatic moment with a player down, hope you`re feeling better Adel Zaky!! You fought hard!
